DPF REGENERATION FOR DOMESTIC AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
Whether you are a domestic owner of a car or van, or manage a fleet of commercial trucks, lorries or buses, our DPF filter services are ideal for you. We have a wide range of expertise across multiple vehicles and are able to carry out DPF regeneration and replacements on almost all makes. We regularly work with HGVs, articulated lorries, high mileage delivery vans and chilled goods vehicles as well as 4×4’s and pretty much any domestic diesel car. Our friendly team will be happy to advise you on services for your specific vehicle.
INSPECTION & BENCHMARKING
We will perform a thorough visual inspection of the unit to ensure its integrity and run initial diagnostics on air flow and pressure to benchmark the unit.
Our cutting-edge, fully automated machine uses micro cavitation technology to completely remove ash. An internal drying system using high pressure blown air removes excess moisture in the filter housing. Once the filter is reinstalled on the vehicle, the full drying process can be completed by operating the vehicle gently for 10 minutes. Alternatively, we can dry the unit in our machine using hot blown air to ensure the filter is dry prior to reinstallation.
Note: There is little to no impact on performance using either drying method.
DPF REGENERATION & REFURBISHMENT
FINAL TEST
Once the unit is clean, we run a further set of air flow and pressure tests to provide you with ‘before’ and ‘after’ comparisons and include both sets of readings when your unit is returned. If you chose to use our machine to dry the filter then you can expect to see 98% regeneration. If you chose to dry the filter once returned then this number may be slightly lower.
